LBC Evolves... a little change in the house !
We won't lie, I had bet on a subscription model to fund all the work on our in-depth features, but it's clear that it was slowing down sharing more than anything else. And since the primary goal is still to exchange our childhood memories and discoveries, I decided to change the system and evolve the formula.
As a result, I'm opening everything up. The site is now 100% free, all the time. I prefer for articles to circulate and for everyone to be able to enjoy them freely.
But the main idea is to grow the community. We have a Discord that is just waiting to come alive, and I invite you all there. Whether you are on LoL, CS 2, War3, Tarkov, Sea of Thieves, Path of Exile 2, Age of IV or anything else, come and make yourself at home.
Why Join Us ?
- Build your own team : Looking for mates to head into a raid or for a ranked match ? We are here for that.
- Create your spaces : If you need a dedicated channel for your group of friends, it's open bar.
- Share your best games : We have lounges to talk about your best retro memories or to show off your setups.
- Evenings & Tournaments : We already have some great people on board, and the idea is to launch regular game nights together.
The goal is simple : transform LBC into a meeting place for seasoned players who still have that hunger for gaming. Whether you are 16 or 45 years old, you are welcome. We know what we’re doing—we’ve been managing gaming communities since 2003 (the War3 era for those who know), so we know how to create a space where people feel good. We have evolved across countless games and we want to put that experience at the service of the group.
Free Access and Support
And to make things clear : the entire site is now open access. No more padlocks, no more truncated articles. We want the content to flow, period. If some of you want to support the project to help us pay for hosting or just to give us some strength, the Tipeee remains open, but it's entirely up to you.
The adventure will also move into video very soon. And if you are casters or creators, know that we have planned spaces on the Discord so you can share your lives and creations with everyone.
